- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called several lawyers to represent me while buying a home. Carl was the only lawyer who took the time to explain the process, so I thought he would be perfect for a first time home buyer. What a MISTAKE! Once hired, he never returned my calls. He would only correspond by email IF he responded. He was rude and inconsiderate throughout the process. In addition to his poor personality and customer service, he did not know how or do his job. He did not negotiate on my behalf, was not able to organize settlement, and did not remember to give me a HUD at settlement, just to name a few(I could go on and on). Hiring him was the worst money I ever spent.By A Google User, June 05, 2017
